The registration fee includes an Apero on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 18:30 (6:30 PM), all lunches, a dinner cruise, a city tour, beverages and small snacks during the breaks.
The registration desk will open on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 15:00 (3:00 PM) at the Kurhaus (see map - the big "K" ), where the reception/apero will take place. During the meeting days, the registration desk will be open from 7:30 AM to the end of the daily sessions.
We recommend online payment as early as possible. If you experience problems with online payments, then please e-mail us.
Refund requests will be honoured until May 20, 2010. Refunds minus a 30 Euro administrative fee will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting. Transfers of registrations to another person are always possible at no cost.
