4th International Conference on the Scientific and Clinical
Applications of Magnetic Carriers

May 9 - 11, 2002
Tallahasse, Florida, U.S.A.
Conference Location

Tallahassee is Florida's capital city, located in the "Big Bend" of Florida's panhandle. Tallahassee is also the home of the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory.

There is an airport in Tallahassee (symbol TLH). However, sometimes it is much cheaper to fly to Jacksonville (JAX) and rent a car. If you plan to visit other places in Florida (NASA, Disney World) before or after the meeting, then even Orlando (MCO) or Tampa (TPA) might be good destinations for your flight.

Many of the car rental companies in Florida allow to rent cars in one city, for example Tallahassee, and drop it off in another city, such as Orlando or Tampa, without additional charge. This might make planning your pre- or post-meeting vacation in Florida much more pleasant!
