Posters
Posters will be up during the entire meeting. The size of the poster boards is 1.5 m wide x 1.0 m high (or 60" x 40"). Pins will be provided.
The earliest time for setting up your poster is after the start of registration on Wednesday at 5 PM (17:00).
We additionally ask every poster presenter to bring a PowerPoint file with not more than 3 slides. For 60 seconds, you will have the opportunity to present the highlights of your poster. Your goal is to get other participants interested in your poster, so that they will come and look at it. Keep in mind that 60 seconds is not more than 10 sentences! Practice, so you do not exceed the 60 seconds time limit for your presentation.
