Invitation Letter for Visa
If you are not sure if you need a visum to come to the meeting in Paris, then please check out the Schengen Visa information website at

If you need a letter of invitation in order to get a Schengen visum, then please:

  1. open this file, replace all the needed information in the document
  2. email it to visa@magneticmicrosphere.com

We will then send you the invitation by email.

IMPORTANT: Request this invitation letter early if you need it. The Schengen visum can be very slow in processing. By early we mean yesterday!
