Invitation Letter for Visa
If you are not sure if you need a visum to come to the meeting in London, please check out the UK immigration website at
https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration
If you need a letter of invitation in order to get a visum from the UK, then please:
- open this file, replace all the needed information in the document
- email it to visa@magneticmicrosphere.com
We will then send you the invitation by airmail. If the mailing address is different from the one in the letter, please let us know in your email.
With this letter, you can then apply to the UK for a visum.
IMPORTANT: Request this letter early if you need it. The UK Immigration Service can be very slow in processing. By early we mean 3-6 months in advance!
